Georgia Data Recovery Services does not rent, sell, lease, or share any personal or corporate information about you or your company with other people or companies not affiliated to us except for the purpose of providing the products or services you have requested. In the event that we need to communicate with data storage units or systems manufactures for the purpose or gathering information about your system or equipment or replacing damaged components, we will request your permission in writing.

Georgia Data Recovery Services may be obligated to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes to establish or exercise any legal rights or defense against legal claims. It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding any illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability:

Customer acknowledges that the equipment / data / media / hard drive may be damaged and or lost prior to Georgia Data Recovery Services receipt and therefore Georgia Data Recovery Services will not be held liable for any lost and or damaged customer uitems prior to its receipt. Georgia Data Recovery Services regrets that it will not assume responsibility for additional damage that may occur to the Customer's equipment/data/media during Georgia Data Recovery Services efforts to complete the services.

In no event will Georgia Data Recovery Services be liable for any indirect damages whatsoever. Georgia Data Recovery Services will not be held liable for any damages due to any virus, worm, Trojan horse, etc. The total liability of Georgia Data Recovery Services to Customer under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total sums paid by Customer to Georgia Data Recovery Services.

In some cases, Georgia Data Recovery Services reserves the right to ship your hard drive to our offsite facility, or corporate headquarters. Furthermore, payment past $3000.00USD can not be made via credit card.

Confidentiality and Security

Georgia Data Recovery Services limits the access to personal or corporate information to employees who need to come into contact with that information in order to provide their specialized data recovery services to you and your business or to reputable data storage media or equipment manufactures who need to provide their products or services in order to complete any assignments trusted to us. Georgia Data Recovery Services may sign confidentiality agreements if requested to ensure total safety and security in the management process of sensitive data that is not publicly available. Our employees and vendors comply with our strictly enforced Non-Disclosure Agreement.
